The Studio

W8Lift Studio occupies a 3,200 sq. ft. facility in the heart of Bellevue, WA.

The Studio encompasses a Cardio Room with treadmills, elliptical, stepper, and exercise bikes. The Studio is also fully equipped with weightlift machines, as well as free weights. A dedicated stretching area allows for an undisturbed stretching routine prior and after your workout.

Change rooms and showers are available for your convenience.
