Total Body Master Class is a 90 minute workout for all levels of ability and fitness. It has specifically been designed to combine cardio, fitness, and weight training to achieve maximum results.

Ball Exercise Class – The ball is a fantastic tool that fires up a ton of small and big muscle at once. Any exercise performed requires team participation, with multiple muscle groups working together. Unlike in most training, weaker muscles will be stimulated to work harder to keep up instead of being carried by stronger muscles.
Every Monday and Thursday 6:00 – 7:15pm
Every Saturday 11:00am – 12:15pm
$10 per session over 8 weeks (2 lessons per week) or $15 to drop in
